Convenient stop on the way to Manchester. Very comfortable bed, nice and quiet room, good breakfast plus friendly staff.
I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Crewe Central. Everything was smooth from start to finish – check-in and check-out were super easy. Tracey was especially friendly and helpful, along with the rest of the staff. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was so soft I practically melted into it! Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay!
Stayed here last night, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and breakfast was delicious. What made it the 5 * was the lovely receptionist Tracey, good customer service is hard to come by but this lovely lady had excellent customer service and I was delighted to be served by her again at breakfast. Thankyou Tracey for making our stay and the well wishes for my wedding day!

The only remark would be breakfast not being a buffet, everything else is great - right by the station, staff is polite and nice rooms.
Very dissappointed we arrived 10 minutes early and was told if we wanted to check in it would cost us £15. So we waited till three to check only to have to wait another 10 whilst the receptionist signed himself in. On the other hand the staff at the restaurant opposite were superb. A special shout out to Morgan who was attentive and was exceptionally helpful.
An Excellent premier inn and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff are some of the best I have come across, nothing was too much trouble and all were so friendly. The staff in all positions of the hotel were fabulous. We ate at the restaurant too and the big stack burgers were delicious swilled down with some lovely wine. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff here are a credit to the premier inn. Well done. I would highly recommend this premier inn to everyone.
